I participated in the 2007 Summer Launch program and it was one of the greatest experiences I've had since attending UNCG. I gained long-life friendships, knowledge of the campus, the campus' rules and a head start on my fall classes. I was prepared when the fall semester began. I knew where all the campus resources were located, where I could get food and I knew at least 40 other incoming students in the same situation as me. This was a great experience and I would do it all over again. The summer launch program assisted me in becoming a well-prepared, organized, social UNCG student. I can't wait to meet each student and I hope this summer will be the best experience for the incoming Summer Launch freshman students.
